Kyle Martino Saves the LA Galaxy vs the Chicago Fire
Los Angeles Galaxy Beat the Chicago Fire 2-0 on America's 231st Birthday
The LA Galaxy played well this past 4th of July with great defense led by former Middlesborough defender Abel Xavier and constant shots and pressure from attackers Landon Donovan, Edson Buddle (a baller - no doubt), Cobi Jones and new hire Honduran Carlos Pavon.
Although the Galaxy controlled most of the game with plenty of shots on goal, Chicago Fire goal keeper Jon Busch put on a clinic and made multiple saves.
Kyle Martino Goes Christiano Ronaldo
Kyle Martino was the star of the game by drawing two fouls in the box to allow Landon Donovan to connect twice for two goals.
Check out the home video below for the fruits of Martino's labor.
Now that the Galaxy have some confidence, we're looking forward to a tough game this Saturday the 7th as former Galaxy goalkeeper Kevin Hartman returns to the Home Depot Center with this 3rd Place Eastern Conference Kansas City Wizards.

I waited this article with impatience LOL, is good as usally.
And i hope that G's will played so well than the last game vs. Fire. I was so happy to listen this game and heard that Galaxy's defense seems to be...solid, because it was a handicap before.
And i hope today, strikers will be more realistic in front of the goal to win, i believe they will be !!
Go Galaxy Go !!
